Color & Play: Catventure
I am so excited that you can now play the new coloring game, Catventure, at home! We've been playing it for a few weeks now, and it's quickly become a household favorite. The game features a cast of adorable characters: a polite gentleman, a young cat lady, a tomcat, and "Smelly" (who is definitely my personal favorite). Their mission? To collect all their scattered belongings.
This game is the perfect mix of coloring, crafting, and simple gameplay. As is typical for my projects, is a print-and-play deal—just download, print, color and cut it out. It's designed for up to four players, but if you print the cards twice, you can have a big game with up to eight people.
How to Play
The mission is to collect a full set of items: a bed, some food, a ball of yarn, a toy mouse, a fishbone, and a litter box. The first player to get one of each wins! Here is what the colored playing cards look like:

But watch out—the board is full of surprises! Along with the occasional "poop" tile, you might run into a troublemaker. If you land on one, you have to return all your cards and start from square one. So, pick your favorite cat and let the adventure begin! As a finishing touch, the winner gets to place their kitty right into the cozy bed on the game board.
The Catventure Game:
Boosts fine motor skills through coloring and cutting.
Sparks creativity as kids design their own cards and board.
Teaches patience and following rules (a good lesson for us adults, too!).
Quality family time—completely screen-free.

The PDF download (including the rules) is available below.
Whether it's for a rainy afternoon at home, a classroom activity, or a birthday party, Catventure is the perfect creative outlet. Have a wonderful time coloring!Pro Tip: To make your characters extra durable, cover them with clear packing tape or laminate them!
